Yep, they got sued by some company called EMG. The thing is that EMG sued Apple because they used one of their ideas of touching and scrolling and that internet content be reformmated from HTML to XML. EMG states that they had this patented(patent 7,441,196) , filed in November 1999. Apple has only gotten in the cell phone business 2 years ago. Seems Apple is in trouble because of their awesome products....
